Fajas & Girdles: Our sales are final and no returns or exchanges are made. It is recommended in the case of garments (girdles, leggings, bras, clothing) see the size chart in the product description.
Bouquets, Bunches of Roses & All other Floral: Once you have paid for your order, IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. To make any changes to your order please contact us 5 days before for approval. Since these are fresh flowers, please pickup on your pickup date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Everything else: Non-refundable. We are not responsible once it leaves our hands. Any delays with shipment is not reason enough for refund. No Exchange. Final Sale.
Any issues with your order, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order to see what I can do for you. I will do my best to give you a solution ASAP.
Any Rose & Greenery that is ordered and cannot be picked up physically will not be refunded, since it is stated on website.
